After submitting your booking inquiry form for soft play, you will receive a text to confirm.
There is a refundable cleaning deposit of $100. The deposit will NOT be refunded if the equipment is dirty, wet, damaged, stained, moved, or the balls are not inside the ball pit at the time of pickup.
Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is

Delivery Fee is applied depending on the location.
If there is a 30% chance of rain we will not set up. If it rains on the date of your rental you must move your event indoors or reschedule for a later date. Once the equipment is set up there will be no rescheduling. If rain starts to occur during the event, we will return for pickup.
No refund will be issued!
